Wildthyme Natural Soap's Shipping Policies.
Wildthyme Natural Soap delivers Australia-wide via Australia Post. Australian domestic orders over $100 will receive FREE postage. This offer does not apply to wholesale purchases.
Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation, provided items are in stock. If an item that has been ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements. You will be notified via email once the order has been shipped, including applicable tracking numbers.
For international orders, please contact Wildthyme Natural Soap for a quote on shipping prior to placing an order. Once an international order is placed, the correct total (including shipping) will be sent to you so that payment can then be made.
Wildthyme Natural Soap's Refund & Return Policies.
If you are not happy with your Wildthyme Natural Soap purchase, please contact us outlining your reason for return or refund within 30 days of purchase. We will endeavour to contact you with a resolution within 7 business days. Please do not send any items back without having contacted us first, as we will not refund or accept the return of any product that has not been pre-arranged.
The item/s must be returned to Wildthyme Natural Soap (at your expense) along with a copy of your invoice within 10 business days of the return/refund authorisation. Please include all original packaging, accessories and applicable documentation that was shipped with your order.
Please note that Wildthyme Natural Soap will not accept returns or refunds on the following items:
Postage and packing for the return of items to Wildthyme Natural Soap will be at your expense. If your refund is not as a result of an error by Wildthyme Natural Soap then your purchase price will be refunded, less postage costs. If a refund is applicable as a result of a Wildthyme Natural Soap error then the full purchase price including shipping will be refunded.
Wildthyme Natural Soap recommends that all returns be send via Express, Registered Post or using another trackable shipping carrier. We also suggest that you consider insuring the item for the full value of the order so that you are protected if the item is lost or damaged in transit. If the item is not trackable and/or insured, you will be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred.
